UCWeb has just released a new version of its UC Browser Mini application for Android devices. The mobile browser went into private testing in late November and it looks like developers have been able to release a new version in less than a month.

According to the official changelog, UC Browser Mini 8.9.2 comes with improved video playing, as online video playing in Speed Mode is now supported.

Users will now be able to install the browser on their SD card as default, in order to save storage space. In addition, the pre-loading feature has been improved with more popular wap websites, including Facebook and Twitter.

Last but not least, developers have confirmed that they have improved page presentation, so that users will now be able to notice a better display of webpages in Speed Mode.

You can now download UC Browser Mini for Android 8.9.2 for free via Google Play Store. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with most devices powered by Android 2.1 and up.
