The powerful UC Browser 8.9 has officially received Apple’s blessing. The iPhone version released in the App Store today features Cloud Downloads, offline viewing features, an automatic normal/night mode, and more.

Previously available only on iPads and jailbroken iOS devices as a beta, UC Browser 8.9 is finally available on iTunes in official form.

UC Browser version 8.9.0.238 brings a Cloud Download feature which promises “easier downloads, with all files supported and a faster download speed.”

An offline viewing feature has been implemented allowing users to “save time and data usage.” Basically you can just download a video when you’re on Wi-Fi and watch it later when you’re no longer connected to a network and not drain your bank account.

Smart Detection allows you to see if a file you’re about to download is compatible with the iPhone.

You can now “shake to change theme” and set UC Browser to automatically switch between Normal and Night Mode in accordance with the time and your environment.
