Mac applications developer Berbie has released TrailRunner 3.8.765, an updated version of the company’s route planning software for OS X customers.

An intuitive exercising sidekick application, TrailRunner can be used for all kinds of long-distance sports, from biking, hiking, and running, to skiing, inline-skating, and others.

Offering a geographic display of the workout area, TrailRunner tells you how long your workout routes are and can suggest all-new routes if you set it to.

Version 3.8.765 offers improved error prompts (i.e. if you import an invalid GPX file) and adds an import interface to download activities from Garmin Connect.

The update fixes some new issues involving broken manual import of activities, decoding fenix fit workout files, and Italian translations. Some minor stability improvements are also included, according to the release notes.

Download TrailRunner 3.8.765 for Mac on any system running OS X 10.7 (Lion) or later.
