14 DAY TRIAL // The Weather Channel for iPad has received a nifty update which enables you to add a destination for your vacation and see average temperatures, precipitation, and forecasts.
Version 3.8.0 arrives with the “TRAVEL Weather” tagline and instructions from the developers to tap the Suitcase button in the bottom bar to add a destination. Once you do that you’ll be able to see average temperatures, average precipitation, forecasts, and more, says The Weather Channel Interactive.
There’s more. The same update includes easier-to-read navigation and bug fixes for performance and stability.
Compatible only with tablets, The Weather Channel for iPad requires iOS 6.0 or newer versions of Apple’s mobile operating system. The application is free to download and use on any iPad starting with the second-generation model and up.
