Download The Sims 3 World Adventures iOS, Now 50% Off

The iPhone/iPod touch version of The Sims 3 World Adventures is now available for $0.99/€0.89, or 50% off. Last updated late last year, the game has been optimized for iOS 6.

The Sims 3 World Adventures lets you take your Sims on adventures to world famous destinations, such as “Al Simhara” in Egypt, “Champs Les Sims” in France, and “Shang SimLa” in China.

EA promises a world of possibilities for adventure, romance, and even some danger for your Sim in each location.

Last updated in November 2012 (to version 1.1.22), The Sims 3 World Adventures is fully optimized for iOS 6. The update brought “improvements, additions, and optimizations [for] various behind-the-scenes adjustments to enhance application stability.”

Unfortunately, EA hasn’t spared enough development time to give the game optimizations for the iPhone 5 and fifth-generation iPod touch (4-inch displays). Hopefully they will in the next update. The app is also not universal, meaning it doesn’t run natively on iPads.
