Touted as the official game app of this highly-anticipated 2012 blockbuster, the title puts players in Spidey’s shoes to play through the movie's storyline and face off against the Lizard and rampaging gangs.
Players get 25 “missions” inspired by the upcoming movie's storyline; they can explore Manhattan through its five distinctive districts (Central Park, Business, Downtown, Pier and Residential), and they can upgrade and customize their style, attacks and skills.
Gameloft used advanced shaders and visual effects to make Spider-Man as realistic as possible. The game is compatible with iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (4th generation), iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iPad (3rd generation) and iPad Wi-Fi + 4G and requires iOS 4.0 or later.
