TeamViewer GmbH is out with a range of updates for users of the company’s remote computing and monitoring tools for Mac, Windows, and Linux.

Details on these fresh TeamViewer updates are scarce, but I’ve managed to learn that at least the Mac client is getting a few code tweaks to improve proxy handling. According to the people at TeamViewer GmbH, “using a proxy now always works correctly.”

Other minor improvements and fixes are built inside TeamViewer 8.0.20942, and that includes the sidekick TeamViewer apps (Host, QuickJoin, and QuickSupport).
