Download Skype 3.6 for iPhone and iPad

The folks at Skype have rolled out a new version of their popular IM and video chatting app for iPhone and iPad. Version 3.6 delivers multiple enhancements, as well as various fixes.

Over at the Skype blog, Beom Soo Park enumerates the key updates for the newly released build, Skype 3.6.97.

The developers made chat improvements, in that Copy and Paste & URL links now work, as well as UI improvements, meaning the Edit button has been reinstalled in Messages. Also making their way in this release are a bunch of stability improvements and various bug fixes.

Skype recommends that everyone upgrades to the newly released version of Skype for iPhone and iPad by downloading the new bits from the iTunes App Store. Last, but not least, the company encourages users to continue providing their invaluable feedback to further improve the Skype iOS experience.
