Download Skype 3.6.1 for iPhone, iPad

Skype for iPhone and iPad has been updated to version 3.6.1. The new version is immediately available for download from the iTunes App Store.

Updated to version 3.6 a few weeks ago, the iOS Skype client features chat improvements (in that copy / paste & URL links now work), UI improvements (the edit button has been reinstalled in Messages), and some stability improvements and bug fixes.

The latest release, Skype 3.6.1, concerns users who are rocking older iOS versions, namely those in the 4.0 - 4.3.5 range. Apparently there was an audio bug that iOS 4 users reported. According to Skype’s developers, this issue has been resolved in Skype 3.6.1 for iPhone and iPad.

Now, if only they could solve the audio issue iPhone 4S users are experiencing...
