14 DAY TRIAL // A new flavor of the Skype application is now available for download for the owners of Windows Phone 8 devices, namely version 2.9.0.129, with some appealing enhancements packed inside.
According to Skype, the main focus in the new app release was on performance, with various changes included following user feedback.
One of the main improvements in the new app iteration is People List Filter, which enables users to easily find contacts they are looking for through setting specific filters, thus being able to see either all contacts, just Skype contacts, or only available contacts.
Furthermore, the Skype home screen now sports an updated interface, enabling users to move between app functions easier than before. The Favorite Contact tiles are smaller, so that users could contact the people they care about most much faster than before.
