14 DAY TRIAL // Quickoffice, Inc., the company that has provided the first real office suite for iOS devices, has rolled out version 4.5.0 of its flagship product for iPad owners - Quickoffice Pro HD. The new release adds new localizations, the ability to create MS Office 2007 and 2010 (PPTX) files, and more.
The release notes for Quickffice Pro HD version 4.5.0 reveal that customers can now create and edit Microsoft 2007 and 2010 (PPTX) files, and that the software now integrates with the native iPad email client - Mail.app.
Furthermore, Quickoffice Pro HD 4.5.0 adds support for Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, and Dutch.
The software is compatible with iOS 4.0 and works only with iPads (all generations). Quickoffice, Inc. doesn’t say anything about planning to add Retina display support for third-generation iPad owners.
