Fixes theoretical memory leak in event history tracking

Bitsum rolled out a new version for their process management utility, Process Lasso. The current build is 5.1.0.44 and it features a very small set of bug fixes which improve the stability of the program.

The new release takes care of a theoretical memory leak in event history tracking that could occur on high activity systems after a long duration. On the same note, a rare misbehavior has been corrected, with regards to handling of multiple events coming through the inter-process pipe during the same time frame.

Changes available in this build touch on licensing (unspecified licensing code has been adjusted) and language updates.

Process Lasso, reviewed here, can be used to manage the processes running on your computer so as to maintain and improve system stability and responsiveness.
