A fresh, new version of Process Hacker has been rolled out and the list of changes, although not too extensive, shows both new options and improvements and fixes.

Process Hacker 2.26 brings to the table a new option that lets you view the Commit Charge value in system information summary view. Also new on the list are two command-line options: “-priority” and “-selectpid”.

The ExtendedTools plugin has been updated, and now comes with improved support for multiple GPUs.

As far as fixes are concerned, Process Hacker 2.26 eliminated an issue which caused CPU usage to rise to 100% on some machines.

Process Hacker is a well-known tool among computer enthusiasts with a knack for monitoring the usage system resources and determining the performance bottlenecks.

The developer also makes available a portable version of the application (32-bit and 64-bit), which can be launched from removable storage devices.
