Smith Micro Software has released Poser 10.0.3.26066 SR3, a new version of the company’s 3D-character design and animation tool, which brings a plurality of features and enhancements for creatives.

The update brings changes to all areas of the software, including the Material Room, Cloth Room, Face Room, preview rendering, final rendering, animation, figure creation, the content library, importing and exporting, and even the download manager components.

Some “general” tweaks are mentioned in the release notes. For example, users can now check/uncheck multiple selected items when faced with hierarchical selection dialogs.

All problems with Camera palette and custom cameras have been fixed, and your custom layout preferences are now stored with no strings attached to the selected language.

Paste Onto Background and Clear Background Picture shortcuts are more efficient now, while clearing hair, cloth and physics simulations will no longer erase results cache files.

On OS X, some users reported that using the color picker with multi-monitor display would cause instability. This flaw has also been fixed.
