One of the most popular Poker games for the iPhone, Poker by Zynga has received a new update that secures your chip stack in case of an Internet outage.
Zynga Poker lets you choose a 5 or 9-person poker table or jump right into a tournament against your friends and over 6 million others on a daily basis.
Such a big service will undoubtedly experience occasional issues whenever the Wi-Fi drops on you, and Zynga decided to improve your experience at the table.
A new Disconnect Protection function now saves your chip stack and winnings in case your phone disconnects from the Internet “in the middle of a great hand.”
Zynga doesn’t specify whether the same security measures are taken when you’re holding a 7/2 offsuit.
The localization for international poker fans has also been kicked up a notch. Those of you complaining about bad translations should see some improvements.
