14 DAY TRIAL // Plants vs. Zombies 2 is now available. The sequel to the original zombie busting puzzler from PopCap, Plants vs. Zombies 2 features new plants, new zombies, and new ways to protect your brain.
The game itself is free, but PopCap is making sure at least some of the development money gets returned via in-app purchases, some of which go as high as $29.99/€26.99. But the game provides hours of fun without a single micro-transaction.
New plants include Bonk Choy, Bloomerang and Lighting Reed, while new zombies include Ra Zombie in (Ancient Egypt), Swashbuckler Zombie (on the Pirate Seas), and Chicken Wrangler Zombie (in the Wild West).
“In every new world, clever new zombies and brain-teasing challenges will test your zombie-zapping skills,” says PopCap.
Plants vs Zombies 2 is free and requires iOS 5.1 or later. It works natively on all devices.
