14 DAY TRIAL // The popular Plants vs. Zombies 2 has received a brand new update featuring a new mini-game and lots of other features that improve gameplay, according to PopCap.
Version 1.5.252123 brings the Piñata Party mini-game where you battle zombies from all worlds in a special modern day front yard level. Beat them and earn big prizes.
“You’ll have to plant fast though – the Piñata Parties are only available for 24 hours at a time. Successfully beat three consecutive parties and you can win a mind-blowing mega prize by whacking open the massive Señor Piñata!” says PopCap.
Level progression is now speedier, thanks to the ability to skip the map and move from level to level.
Some bug fixes are also included but it isn’t clear what these code tweaks are for: “Twisting a few more dials in Penny’s dashboard to keep your peas shooting straight and help you keep those relentless zombies in line,” reads the changelog.
