14 DAY TRIAL // Adobe’s stripped down Photoshop for iOS is now also available on the iPhone and iPod touch, in addition to the iPad. The $4.99 / €4.49 app lets you transform your images with core (desktop) Photoshop features.
Strangely dubbed “Adobe Photoshop Touch for phone,” the new app is a scaled down version of its iPad counterpart which enables iPhone users to combine images, apply professional effects, and share their results via social networks like Facebook and Twitter.
Users have at their disposal popular Photoshop features like layers, selection tools, adjustments, and filters, as well as precise tone and color adjustment tools, the ability to apply strokes, drop shadows and fades, and more.
The device compatibility list is a short one. You’ll need a fast processor and a fair amount of RAM to use it. Anything below iPhone 4S won’t take it and you’ll also need iOS 6.0. iPhone 5 is fully supported.
