Offering both local and cloud services (via Google Drive, DropBox and SkyDrive), OfficeSuite Professional is currently available for a special introductory price and offers compatibility with a wide variety of Microsoft Office file formats.
You can use it to back up documents in iCloud too, and it’s said to be the only iOS office solution that features an integrated PDF module.
