Office², one of the best productivity tools available on the iPhone and iPad, now offers support for password-protected DOCX/XLSX/PPTX files, as well as support for more shapes in presentation files.
Mostly a bug-fix release, Office² 5.1.1 resolves a problem where colors were wrong in XLSX files, and the default row height is now written/read correctly to/from workbook files.
Selecting a whole document and changing its format now works correctly, according to Byte Squared, whose engineers also managed to fix the alignment of text in shapes in DOC files, and made the slide size display correctly from PPTX files.
Multiple other fixes are included as well, so visit the changelog here if you’re interested in the full scoop.
Office² is compatible with any iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad that can support iOS 4.3 or later.
