14 DAY TRIAL // There must be about eight people in the entire solar system still using OS X Lion today, but Apple continues to push out development builds in order to fix some issues with the previous-generation Mac OS.
Most Mac users running Lion have probably upgraded to Mountain Lion the instant it hit the Mac App Store, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t some of Macs out there still running OS X 10.7.
While their number can’t be very big, it’s still Apple’s responsibility to iron out any bugs that may hinder the customer’s experience. For all Apple knows, Lion might handle some very important aspects of someone’s business.
Which is why OS X Lion 10.7.5 build 11G36 has been released to registered Apple developers this week with instructions to focus on graphics performance and quality, as well as Image & Media importing, editing and viewing.
Also, there are no known issues with this build.
Apple released build 11G30 in late July. Build 11G36 is but a minor increment, which indicates that the company might roll out the final bits relatively soon.

Installation Instructions
The OS X Lion 10.7.5 Update (Combo) updates - OS X Lion 10.7, 10.7.1, 10.7.2, 10.7.3 or 10.7.4 GM. The OS X Lion 10.7.5 Update (Delta) updates - OS X Lion 10.7.4 GM.
Please be aware that you will not be able to revert back to your previous system after updating. Please install this update on a system you are prepared to erase if necessary.

Apple has also seeded OS X 10.8.1 to developers this month – an incremental update about to be released for buyers of Mountain Lion in the near future.
The update hopes to address some widespread battery life issues on MacBook computers, as well as other problems.
