EA Sports has just confirmed that a brand new update for FIFA 14 on the Xbox One next-gen console is now available for download, bringing quite a few fixes for various stability issues as well as for Virtual Pro attributes and stats that didn't carry over as they should have from current-gen consoles.

FIFA 14 appeared last month for the next-gen PS4 and Xbox One consoles, bringing a vastly improved version over the regular PC, PS3, or Xbox 360 editions of the game thanks to a new game engine and many other new features.

Now, EA has confirmed that FIFA 14 on the Xbox One has just received a new patch to solve a variety of problems encountered by owners of Microsoft's next-gen console.

The update resolves different stability issues but also ensures that all Virtual Pro attributes and stats accurately carry over from FIFA 14 on the PS3 or Xbox 360 onto the PS4 or Xbox One.

For those who have already carried over their Virtual Pro stats, a server update will be rolled out quite soon, according to EA's Twitter account.
