The long-awaited Dragonborn expansion for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has just been released on the Xbox 360 console via Xbox Live and can be downloaded for just 1200 MS Points.

Skyrim came out more than a year ago and developer Bethesda has supported the game through the release of multiple patches and even new expansions like Dawnguard or Hearthfire.

Now, the studio has just released the latest add-on for the game, in the form of Dragonborn, which tasks the players with defeating the very first Dragonborn who now uses his power to wreak havoc all around the virtual world of Tamriel.

These new adventures don't take place just in the province of Skyrim, however, as players will have to ride dragons to the Morrowind island of Solstheim.

The DLC is now available for download via Xbox Live for the Xbox 360 version of Skyrim.

Dragonborn will also be released for the PC and PS3 editions of the role-playing game early next year, according to Bethesda.
