Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 developer Treyarch has just confirmed that all PlayStation 3 owners can now buy the Revolution downloadable map pack for their versions of the game via the PlayStation Store.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 came out in November across the PC, PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U platforms.

Since then, the game has captured the attention of millions of players and, on the Xbox 360 at least, it even received a fresh downloadable map pack, in the form of Revolution.

Now, the same DLC has just been made available on the PlayStation 3 platform today, February 28, and should hit the PC later in the day.

Developer Treyarch has confirmed on Twitter that regular owners of the game should be able to buy it either via the in-game store or via the PlayStation Store, while those who got the Season Pass will have to download it only via the in-game marketplace.
