14 DAY TRIAL // PC owners of Battlefield 4 can now download a brand new 1.23GB update for the game via the Origin service, while PS3, PS4, and Xbox One users will receive the patch later today, January 30.
Developer DICE confirmed earlier this week that a brand new update for Battlefield 4 would appear either at the end of the week or at the beginning of the next one.
Now, the update has already gone live on the PC platform through EA's Origin digital distribution service.
The patch weighs in at a whopping 1.23GB, but it also includes support for AMD's Mantle API, which should result in performance improvements for those using AMD graphics cards.
According to a new message posted by one of the Battlefield 4 forum moderators, the new update will appear today, January 30, for the PS3, PS4, and Xbox One in the following hours.
