Download Nokia Suite 3.3.49 Beta

Today, Nokia has made available for download a new flavor of its popular Nokia Suite application for Windows computers, namely 3.3.49 Beta, which brings the software a bit closer to the final release.

In fact, Nokia says that it should not be too long at all before the final application release will be pushed out for all owners of Nokia devices out there..

For the time being, Nokia Suite is still be beta, and will remain so until issues that might affect users’ experience are discovered and fixed.

The application provides users with the possibility to connect a Symbian device to a Windows computer to perform various tasks.

“With the help of Nokia Suite, you'll be able to update your Symbian^3 or Symbian Anna phone (Nokia N8, Nokia E7, Nokia E6, Nokia X7, Nokia C6-01, Nokia C7, and Nokia Oro) to the Nokia Belle software when it becomes available,” the Nokia Beta Labs team explains.

“Nokia Belle brings your phone improvements such as simpler navigation, so you can quickly get where you want to go. You'll also get six home screens that are easy to personalize with widgets of your choice.”

Nokia Suite also offers users the possibility to easily keep files and content synced between the handset and the computer, Mozilla Firefox 8, and Mozilla Thunderbird 8.

“In Nokia Suite 3.3 it's also easier to find the messages you're looking for, since the messages you have sent and received are now organized in groups of their own,” Nokia explains.

The new application release also brings increased reliability courtesy of a series of fixes, the development team notes. Moreover, it also adds enhancements to the support for proxy servers.

All those who will download and install the new Nokia Suite 3.3 application should also consider offering feedback on the experience they receive from the application.

“You have more possibilities when it comes to sending us feedback. As before, you can do this by opening the Help menu and choosing Send feedback. The news is, however, that you can send us screenshots and log files through this channel,” Nokia explains.
