Yahoo! has rolled out an update to their Flickr application for iOS users improving several existing features, while adding new ones, such as the photo picker.The popular photo sharing service is yet to be incarnated as an iPad app, but Yahoo! continues to push out incremental updates for the existing iPhone version.
This time around, version 1.4.4 delivers much improved background uploading, a new photo picker that makes uploading multiple photos much easier (now supporting up to 10 uploads), and improved video upload.
A bunch of miscellaneous UI tweaks have been made as well, including bug fixes and performance improvements.
Although it’s not iPad native, Flickr iOS is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and the iPad and requires iOS 4.1 or later.
