14 DAY TRIAL // Ever doing its best to improve the performance of tis hardware in every way, NVIDIA has just unleashed the latest version of its GeForce/ION driver, the Release 260.63 which, though in BETA stage, promises to boost frame rates in many games.
NVIDIA's GeForce series has been growing quite readily over the past month, the company having unleashed not just mobile GPUs, but also the GTS 450.
The new driver version is aimed at this 400 series, as well as previous GeForce versions and the ION GPU used in mobile computers.
The main thing that the driver does is add support for the aforementioned GTS 450, the new card aimed at the mainstream market.
The software also upgrades the HD audio driver to 1.1.9.0., which can be installed faster and either automatically or with customizable options.
