An updated flavor of the Movie Maker 8.1 application is now available for download for the owners of Windows Phone 8.1 devices out there, namely version 1.1.9.4.

According to the release notes attached to the new app iteration, users will enjoy a series of fixes after updating, including one for “Title and single image add.”

The mobile application, which has received support for Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 not long ago, will provide users with video editing capabilities while on the go.

The app allows users to easily mix videos, photos, and music in order to come up with new clips, all without limitations, it seems.

“All you need is at your fingertips, a beautifully streamlined interface will let you easily but professionally compose every part of your movie,” the application’s description reads.

The software comes with support for full HD videos, offers support for loading or saving videos from/to SD cards, and also provides users with a variety of tools and special effects.

The app comes with support for various video formats, including mp4, wmv, 3gp, 3g2, m4v, mov, while also enabling users to easily share their videos on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and more.

The new Movie Maker 1.1.9.4 for Windows Phone 8.1 application is available for download from the Windows Phone Store today.
