The popular Mercury Browser has been promoted to version 7.2 to add new buttons to the action panel, a new theme, new tab-switching gestures, and more.
Mercury Browser iOS 7.2 adds “Support” and “Hot Apps” buttons to the action panel, a new theme called “Byebye2012,” new backgrounds for News Reader, and the ability to scroll web pages left and right to switch between tabs.
Improvements include a brand new interface for the File Manager (only for iPhone users), easier scrolling down the search engine’s panel, and a new Settings pane (also only for the iPhone). The usual bag of fixes is also included, according to iLegendSoft, the developers.
Mercury Browser is a free download and requires iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) or iPad (any model except for the first-generation tablet). iOS 4.3 is also required. The app is optimized for iPhone 5.
