Maxthon Technology Limited has released a new version of its Maxthon web browser for iPad, now dubbed Cloud Browser. Version 4.0.3 brings a UI redesign and cloud features.

Maxthon has been received well on iOS thanks to its speed, private browsing features, offline reading options, the download manager, and other neat stuff. The developers have released a new version dubbed Cloud Browser. And here’s why.

Version 4.0.3 brings a fresh interface with Cloud Downloads, which enables you to access your downloads on any device, Cloud Push (push images/text/links to any device), and Cloud Tabs which (you guessed it) lets you pick up where you left off on other computing gizmos with Maxthon installed.

Maxthon Cloud Browser for iPad requires iOS 4.3 or later.
