Logitech released a new version for their server application, Media Server, formerly known as SqueezeServer. Devised mainly for Squeezeboxes, Logitech Media Server 7.7.2 is able to stream your personal audio to the device.

New in this revision are packages for the ReadyNAS family of storage systems to support their ARM processor-based devices. Also, command-line scanner no longer supports scanning a path passed on the command-line; they have to be available in the preferences file.

Repairs make for the most part of the modifications and cover issues such as Artist, Album and Genre Favorites with non-Latin characters not working from Player user interface or Squeezebox folder breaking the ReadyNAS Samba configuration. You can check the full list of repairs on this page.
