An updated flavor of the LINE application is now available for download for the owners of Windows Phone devices out there, namely version 3.6.1.434.

The application, designed offer users the possibility to easily engage into chats with their friends, has recently received support for sending multiple images, for forwarding and deleting messages, and also got previews of unread messages in Live Tile.

The software will continue to provide users with fast, free messaging with their friends around the world, regardless of the mobile operating system their devices run under.

“LINE has more than 480 million users worldwide and is used in over 231 countries. With LINE you can enjoy exchanging free messages with all your friends,” the application’s description reads.

On Windows Phone, the LINE application takes advantage of the Metro UI system, which is unique to this mobile operating system, and which also offers increased usability, courtesy of features such as Panoramic View and Application Bar.

The LINE 3.6.1.434 application is available for download via the Windows Phone Store now, with support for all devices running under Windows Phone 7.5 and up.
