The uber-popular KakaoTalk Messenger for iPhone and iPod touch has received yet another maintenance update with bug fixes for iOS 7 users.

An instant messaging service with animated emoticons, stickers, and themes, KakaoTalk Messenger is completely free to download and use on any iDevice, as long as you’re running iOS 5.0 or newer.

With pretty much every iPhone owner upgrading to iOS 7 (whether they’re proud of it or not), KakaoTalk has been encountering some hurdles. Kakao Corp. just can’t seem to make its IM app get along with Apple’s iOS 7, but they’re constantly trying to get the two to kiss and make up with timely software updates.

The latest such update changes alert views to the iOS 7 model, fixes a problem where the app crashed when opening a photo, and includes various other usability fixes, all destined to make KakaoTalk run smooth on the latest mobile OS from Apple Inc.
