Chair Entertainment Group, LLC has announced “the biggest, most action-packed Infinity Blade II expansion yet.” Infinity Blade II version 1.3 is a free update for all existing players and it brings Skycages, a new content pack chock-full of adventures.
“The God King has been defeated, an unlikely hero has emerged and now you must discover the truth behind the secrets of the Infinity Blade,” says Chair Entertainment.
“The continuing journey of young Siris unfolds as you delve deeper into the world of the Deathless tyrants and their legion of Titans. Can you unlock all the mysteries and successfully wield the power of the Infinity Blade in this timeless swordplay adventure of champions and villains?”
In version 1.3, players go deeper into the story of the Deathless, as the updated game opens up new areas to explore, while relics from the past come to light, according to the release notes.
New enemies include the Headsman, the Petrified Noc, Xyloto, Ryth. But don’t let their names scare you, because your new weapon should make them tremble in their boots.
The Solar Transport Energy Blades allows you to harness the power of the sun “to become all but unstoppable.”
The update further delivers over 30 new items, including magic rings, weapons, shields, helmets, and armor.
“Additional surprises await you with all-new Achievements, gems to forge, and treasure maps, in addition to exclusive ClashMob challenges,” says Chair.
Infinity Blade II supports iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad, iPad 2, the new iPad (third-generation), iPod Touch third-generation (16 GB and above), and iPod Touch fourth-generation. Parents can turn off In-App purchasing in the iOS settings.
The developer advises fans to update their device to the latest iOS version and reboot before playing Infinity Blade II 1.3.
