IFTTT, the application that lets you create powerful connections with one simple statement (if this then that), has received an assortment of enhancements.

Available as a free download from the iTunes App Store, IFTTT uses Recipes to make your services and devices communicate with each other.

In version 1.0.1, iOS Photos now upload at their original size and screenshots now upload as PNGs. The software also boasts improved support for animated GIFs. Several bug fixes are included as well.

The IFTTT team thanks everyone for their feedback and promises to deploy “a lot more cool features” in a future update.

IFTTT is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation), and iPad, and requires iOS 6.0 or later.

It’s not a Universal app, meaning it only displays natively on small-screen devices. But it does run natively on the iPhone 5 and the 5th generation iPod touch, that much you can tell from the screenshots.
