Google has released a maintenance update for users of its native iOS Search application that lets you search the web using handy mobile features, including Google Goggles.

The latest version of the app is a maintenance release. Version 2.5.2 deals a blow to some of the latest bugs discovered in the app, and includes some unspecified “improvements” that users will have to discover on their own during usage.

For those who haven’t updated their Google Search app in a while, a recent iteration also improved Voice Search, which enables users to get quick results without typing.

Google Search is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad. It requires iOS 4.3 or later and is optimized for iPhone 5.
