Google Fiber is now available for iPhone and iPod touch in a native format, along with new DVR management features and bug fixes, according to the Mountain View search giant.

The free Google Fiber app allows you to control your Google Fiber TV through your iDevice. You can use it to find TV shows and movies that are airing live, watch stuff you’ve recorded on your DVR, as well as stream on-demand video.

“What's more, browse, buy and watch your favorite on-demand content on your iOS device. Requires a subscription to the Google Fiber TV service,” says Google.

Google Fiber version 2.0.0 adds support for iPhone and iPod touch, meaning the app now runs natively on 4-inch screens. Some DVR management features are also included, along with bug fixes. Download Google Fiber 2.0.0 for your respective iDevice and enjoy!
