Google has just rolled out a brand new version of Chrome that allows developers to try out the feature lineup that will soon be part of a stable release.

As you could easily figure out by reading its name, Google Chrome 37.0.2024.2 Dev is still part of the development channel, which means that a number of features are currently being tested, so a number of bugs and issues might be experienced after installing this version.

According to Daniel Xie, Google Chrome developer, this new build is mostly aimed at fixing bugs and implementing optimizations supposed to improve the overall performance on all supported platforms, so everyone running the developer version of the browser should deploy it as soon as possible.

As far as Windows is concerned, Google Chrome continues to work on all Windows versions, including XP, whose support was officially ended on April 8. Google Chrome, however, is often recommended as the perfect replacement for Windows XP's Internet Explorer, as it still receives updates and could help users who are yet to upgrade to a different platform to stay secure until the migration is completed.

Overall, this new update clearly comes in handy to everyone running the preview version of Chrome, so use the download links below to get the package that's appropriate for your computer.
