Google today announced an update to the Chrome Dev channel for Mac, Windows, and Linux computers.

Daniel Xie writes on the Google Chrome Releases blog that "The Dev Channel has been updated to 34.0.1838.2 for Windows, Mac, and Linux. This release fixes a number of crashes and other bugs. A full list of changes is available in the SVN log."

As usual, customers can get the full scoop by visiting the changelog. If you don't care much for code nomenclature and geeky phrasing, you can just skip it altogether and, while you're at it, do yourself a favor and install a more stable version of the browser.

Chrome 34 will soon be promoted to the Beta channel and, in a few weeks from now, it will mature into a fully-fledged stable build.
