Popular VoIP communications app fring is finally supported natively on Apple’s wide range of devices, including the iPad and the latest version of the iPhone which boasts a longer screen.
fring version 6.1.0 now adds phone number registration (instead of username / password) much like WhatsApp, and brings multi-device login options, allowing you to use the same phone number login on any number of devices.
Speaking of which, the application now runs natively on all iPads and the iPhone 5.
The developers have improved the user interface a bit, adding a new horizontal screen scroll feature, and they’ve also included the ability to see all call members in group call history.
The usual bag of fixes is also incorporated in this release.
