What better way for Windows 7 users to celebrate the
one-year anniversary of Bing than with a new theme pack full of beautiful imagery that at certain points was featured as the background of Microsoft’s search/decision engine home page? The Redmond-based company has outed a new collection of Bing wallpapers packaged into a theme for its latest release of the Windows client. Bing’s Best 3 Windows 7 Theme is now available for download via the software giant’s Windows Personalization Gallery, just as the previous two releases.
“Our latest Bing’s Best Windows 7 theme pack gives you even more great Bing homepage images for your desktop. Bing’s Best 3 lets you gaze at a dying star, soar over an underwater sinkhole, and get up close and personal with an adorable baby sea turtle. There are 19 wallpapers in all,” stated
Stephanie Horstmanshof, Bing Managing Editor.
Windows 7 Bing Themes have already enjoyed a consistent amount of success and there’s no reason why the trend shouldn’t continue. Fact is that Microsoft manages to offer splendid background images for Bing, and also for Windows 7 through the themes based on the decision engine’s backgrounds. “Every day on the homepage we bring you a new gorgeous photo, with info about the images hidden around the page – have you found all of our hiding spots?” Horstmanshof asked.
Bing’s Best 3, for example, is a potpourri of images from around the world, and even of the universe, featuring a variety of sights, places, fauna and flora. Users will be able to personalize their desktops with wallpapers of such marvels as the Brooklyn Bridge, a Bengal tiger, the Cat’s Eye Nebula, Bora Bora, etc. And if Bing’s Best 3 is not enough for you, remember, Bing themes are a trilogy, and the
previous two versions are just a download away.
