Download Free Windows 7 Bing Maps Aerial Imagery Dynamic Theme

Remember Bing Dynamic? Well, Microsoft has done it again. A new dynamic theme released under the Bing brand is now available for download via the Windows Personalization Gallery.

I just finished downloading and installing the new Bing Maps aerial imagery theme offered by the software giant, and after going through all of the wallpapers “packed” inside I must tell you that this is already one of my favorite Windows 7 theme packs.

Why? Well, the answer is rather simple. Because of the unique perspective that this theme offers users.

Unless users had the chance to fly over the landmarks featured in this theme, they sure haven’t seen various locations in the United States straight from above.

As the official label of the theme pack implies, the background images offered to users are from a collection of Bing Maps aerial imagery.

But there’s another reason why these theme is unique. With the exception of Bing Dynamic, the 7 Bing Maps Aerial Imagery theme is the only other dynamic theme pack offered by the Redmond company.

This means that customers will get to experience new background images on a regular basis, as new wallpapers will be added to the content already provided on the initial installation.

“Get breathtaking views of the United States delivered to your desktop with this free Windows 7 theme that captures the best of Bing Maps aerial photography. Once downloaded, this dynamic theme updates automatically through an RSS feed,” the company said.

I only managed to take screenshots of 14 wallpapers in the new Windows 7 Bing Maps Aerial Imagery dynamic theme, although according to Microsoft there might be a total of 15 background images available.

Users should also not ignore the original Bing Dynamic theme pack, especially since Microsoft recently started to refresh it with new wallpapers.
