Download Free Windows 7 Best of Bing 5 Theme

If you’re familiar with the Bing search / decision engine then you know that the home page features some amazing digital photos as background images. Windows 7 users might also know that Microsoft has been putting together multiple wallpaper packages with the imagery featured on the Bing home page and offering them as free downloads.

There have been no less than four ‘Best of Bing’ Windows 7 theme packs offered to customers ahead of the end of 2010.

Now Windows 7 users can download and install the fifth “Best of Bing” theme which just went live on the Windows Personalization Gallery.

The theme pack contains no less than 18 exceptional photos captured all over the world. In fact, each wallpaper packs some tidbits of information, metadata designed to give users an idea of the sights, landscapes, etc. captured in the images.

Windows 7 users can simply download Best of Bing 5 and install it. Users running other operating systems than Windows 7 can still grab the Best of Bing 5 theme free of charge and use an archiver in order to extract the wallpapers packed within.

While each image has been labeled with bits of info, the metadata can be accessed by right clicking the files, selecting Properties, and then hitting the Details tab.

You will be able to preview the contents of the Best of Bing 5 theme pack via the screenshots included at the bottom of this article.

At the same time, users need to remember that there are four additional Best of Bing themes still available for download on the Windows Personalization Gallery.
