The Witcher 2 has just received the long awaited update 2.0 for its PC version, which brings brand new features, as well as a variety of fixes to problems and issues reported by players.

CD Projekt Red, the studio behind the recent The Witcher 2 role playing game, has worked hard on improving the experience, releasing quite a few updates since its release earlier this year.

Now, the Polish studio has deployed the most comprehensive patch for The Witcher 2, in the form of Update 2.0, which not only solves a variety of issues, but also adds three new features.

Chief among these features is an all-new tutorial system, which should prove extremely helpful for people new to role playing games. Then there's the Arena mode, where players can face off against waves of enemies and rack up experience. Last but not least, for those who already finished the game more than once, there's the Dark difficulty mode, which rewards them with special items and gear.
