Konami has just deployed the second demo for its upcoming PES 2012 football (soccer) simulator for the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, which is more reflective of the final game than the first demo released last month.

Konami's Arch rival, Electronic Arts, released the demo for its own FIFA 12 football simulator yesterday, so Konami decided to deploy the second demo for PES 2012 now, across all three major platforms.

In case you don't remember, Konami confirmed earlier this year that two demos for PES 2012 are going to be launched, one based on the playable build it brought to various conventions like E3 2011 or Gamescom 2011, while the second was set to be based on the final game, and reflect all the improvements made by its PES development team.

Now, that second demo for Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 has been launched across the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms.

Six teams are included in the demo, Tottenham Hotspur, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, Rangers, Club America, SC Internacional, while a variety of new features have been added over the ones included in the first demo.

"Please experiment with Pass Support and other settings in Personal Data to tailor the game to your style of play," Konami said about the new demo. "Also, please note that you will be able to skip the Demo Intro after it has been played once. Furthermore, we also have improvement elements on the gameplay. According to your feedback on the first demo, we have worked on the following:

Improved Goal Keepers According to your feedback on the first Demo, we improved the Goal Keepers

Improved Defensive AI Defensive AI has been tweaked to work more efficiently on the field

Improved difficulty to score a goal You definitely have to build up, plan and organize your attack well in order to score in this demo You can download the second PES 2012 PC demo right now from Softpedia.

The Xbox 360 version is available on the Xbox Live Marketplace worldwide, but only for Gold members.

The PlayStation 3 version is being rolled out in Europe while North American users haven't received a concrete release date just yet.
