The RTM bits of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2011 are now available for download free of charge.

Of course, as with additional software releases that the software giant provides for free in order to give customers a taste of a new release, Dynamics CRM Server 2011 is offered on a trial basis.

This means that customers have the chance to take Dynamics CRM Server 2011 RTM out for a spin, but that the release with eventually expire, since it’s time-bombed.

According to the Redmond company, the Dynamics CRM Server 2011 includes the Dynamics CRM Reporting Extensions.

Microsoft even provides product keys that customers can leverage in order to deploy and run the latest iteration of the company’s on-premise customer relationship management offering.

“To use the 90-day trial, you must apply one of the convertible trial keys available here. To receive the trial software, download it from this page or reuse Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 media by using one of the following trial keys:

•Microsoft Dynamics CRM Workgroup Server 2011 (5 CAL limit): H84KC-JH8DF-7PDYK-TXBXR-2RMMT

•Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2011 (no CAL limit): MQM2H-JYYRB-RRD6J-8WBBC-CVBD3,” the company noted.

For customers looking to test Dynamics CRM Server 2011 RTM, it might also be a good idea to check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Readme, updated in February 2011.

“This document provides important, late-breaking information about Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. You will also find information about known issues. Where possible, workarounds are provided for the known issues. This is version 2.0 of this readme,” the software giant informed.

The readme is divided into six parts each covering a problem that can impact Dynamics CRM 2011 customers, affecting areas including Setup and Deployment, Feature Area, Document Management, Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook, E-mail Router and Report Authoring.
