Microsoft is offering developers free resources designed to help them build applications that take advantage of the latest iteration of its customer relationship management offerings.
The Dynamics CRM 2011 Developer Training Kit is now live on the Microsoft Download Center, bringing to the table presentations, videos and hands-on labs set up to streamline development of projects using Dynamics CRM 2011 and CRM Online.
According to the software giant, the Dynamics CRM 2011 Developer Training Kit is aimed at devs building .NET apps, helping them get insight into the development features of Dynamics CRM.
“This kit drills into the details of such development and explains how developers can connect, extend, and embed their applications with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.The training kit includes various resources to help you learn the development features of Dynamics CRM.”
Microsoft already held the launch event for Dynamics CRM 2011 in the second half of January 2011.
And while the CRM solution is already wrapped up, global availability will only come on February 28, 2011, so customers need to be patient a tad longer.
This is not the case for CRM Online, however. As some customers might already know, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online already went live worldwide even before the Dynamics CRM 2011 launch.
Microsoft revealed that the Dynamics CRM 2011 Developer Training Kit contains:
“•Presentations - Presentation decks in PowerPoint (.pptx) format that you can use to learn the concepts.
•Videos - Video recordings of the presentation along with demos delivered by expert trainers.
•Hands-on Labs - Hands-on labs with detailed instructions and source code that will walk you through various development features.”
