Microsoft and Turn 10 Studios have finally deployed a demo for the upcoming Forza Motorsport 4 racing game, which is now available for download on the Xbox 360's Xbox Live Marketplace, only for Xbox Live Gold users.

Forza Motorsport 4 is shaping up to be one of the most important racing games of the year, so both the developer and publisher want to properly highlight the quality of their experience.

Now, the demo for the game has been released, albeit just for Xbox Live Gold subscribers, as Xbox Live Free users need to wait until next week to get a taste of the racing game.

The demo weighs in at 1.27 GB and allows players to engage in a quick rage around the Bernese Alps track, driving cars like the 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator, Kia cee’d, 2011 Subaru WRX STI and 2011 Ferrari 599 GTO.

Forza Motorsport 4 is out officially on October 11, in North America, and October 14, in Europe, exclusively for the Xbox 360.
