Mozilla continues work on the beta version of Firefox, so today a new version was released for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X users looking to try out an early build of the browser.

Firefox 24 Beta 5 was specifically developed to address bugs and issues found in the previous releases, so expect a slightly improved browsing experience after deploying this particular version.

Firefox 24 is projected to be moved from the beta channel to stable during the week of September 17, so expect another full version of the browser to come next month.

In the meantime, keep in mind that Firefox 24 Beta 5 could still be unstable, so specific issues might be experienced when browsing the web or loading certain websites.
